To Our Valued Clients and Friends,
These are incredibly challenging and uncertain times for all of us. The global coronavirus pandemic is affecting all of our families, our businesses, our communities, and our way of life.
Our hearts go out to all who have been affected by COVID-19, either directly or indirectly. Our thoughts are especially with those who are sick, to whom we extend our heartfelt wishes for a full recovery. We are truly grateful and inspired by the brave and selfless healthcare workers, first responders, and members of the military, working tirelessly to care for people in need.
We are also especially thankful for the everyday heroes keeping our supply chains open, and for all those volunteering their time to help wherever help is needed.
As the safety and well-being of our employees and clients is a top priority, while also recognizing the importance of the role we play in providing ongoing guidance during these challenging times, here are some of the steps we are taking:
- Aligning our business practices with public health authorities Finivi Inc., as part of the Financial Services Sector, is considered an Essential Business within the Critical Infrastructure Sector as defined by the Department of Homeland Security. Consistent with the President’s guidelines, “if you work in a critical infrastructure center, as defined by the Department of Homeland Security, you have a special responsibility to maintain your normal work schedule,” we continue to maintain our normal operations. However, to ensure the health and safety of both our clients and employees, we are not available to meet in person.
- Keeping Connected Our commitments to you haven’t changed. Although a majority of our financial planners and support team members are working remotely, they are continuing to serve you by telephone and virtual meeting options. In this time of uncertainty and growing numbers of furloughs and layoffs, we are here to answer any questions you may have and provide you personalized guidance to help you through this challenging period.
- Keeping you informed We are closely monitoring updates from the Centers for Disease Control, the MA Department of Public Health, and the Office of Governor Charlie Baker. We will keep our clients and employees informed of significant developments that may impact our services and operations. We will continue to update our COVID-19 Resources page with helpful health, safety, and financial information to keep you informed. We are also available to answer specific questions you may have on the various government-sponsored stimulus and economic relief programs and there potential impact for you, your family, and business.
As we go forward, we’ll continue to keep you updated and know that we are here for you. We are committed to taking care of each other, and remembering that we are all in this together.
Warmest Regards,
Eric C. Jansen
