As Founder, President, and Chief Investment Officer of Finivi, Eric has spent over three decades transforming how individuals and families approach wealth management. His innovative approach to sophisticated investment strategies and comprehensive estate planning solutions has helped clients align their financial resources with their desired lifestyles, earning him recognition as a trusted advisor in the wealth management industry.

Before establishing Finivi in 2001, his many years at John Hancock spanned a variety of roles from a highly regarded Financial Advisor to a Team Leader and ultimately Managing Partner. During his time there, he helped clients with business succession, retirement, multi-generational wealth transfer planning, and sophisticated investment management solutions. This formative experience at one of the nation’s leading financial institutions laid the foundation for his later success, honing his ability to deliver sophisticated solutions to complex client needs

As the visionary leader of Finivi’s Family Wealth Services team, he drives the firm’s strategic direction and ensures the delivery of highly personalized, comprehensive solutions that empower clients to build, preserve, and seamlessly transfer wealth across generations. He chairs the firm’s Investment Committee, where he orchestrates the creation and execution of proprietary investment strategies meticulously aligned with each client’s goals and circumstances.

Eric holds the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designation from The American College, graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Finance from Framingham State University and completed advanced studies at Purdue University’s Professional Management Institute. He also served in the United States Army Reserve from 1982 to 1991 in various Military Intelligence roles, further demonstrating his commitment to discipline and service.
