Client Relationship Manager

Krista Isabelle

Every interaction is an opportunity to make someone feel understood.

As Director of Marketing at Finivi, I am responsible for how this firm is understood before anyone meets us: our brand, our website, the articles and guides we publish, and the materials our advisors bring into client conversations.

Finivi has spent twenty-five years learning things worth knowing. How a UMass Memorial pension works. What a Boston Scientific employee should understand about an ESPP. Which decisions in a divorce cannot be undone later. My responsibility is getting that knowledge to the people it was written for, in language they can use.

My Story

I grew up in a small town in Massachusetts and was drawn early to creative problem-solving. Designing, writing, finding better ways to organize information. What held my attention was building things that helped someone understand a subject a little more clearly than they had before.

That led me to a degree in Elementary Education from Lasell University. My career went a different direction, but the principles that drew me to teaching never left. Clear communication. Thoughtful organization. Meeting people where they are rather than where it would be convenient for them to be.

At Finivi, I apply the same principles to different material: our website, our digital tools, and the content that supports our advisors. The aim has not changed. Make it easier for someone to find what they need and to understand what they are looking at once they find it.

Professional Background

My role covers brand, website strategy, content, and digital client experience, and all of it serves one end: connecting people who need help with advisors who can provide it.

That begins with clarity. Financial advice is often fragmented, and the language around it is frequently worse. When an article assumes knowledge the reader does not have, or a page is hard to finish, the cost does not fall on us. It falls on the person who came looking for an answer and left without one.

It also depends on consistency. A brand is not a logo. It is whether the article, the web page, the email, and the meeting all sound like the same firm saying the same thing for the same reason. Keeping that steady across every channel is a considerable part of my role.

The rest is supporting our advisors. They hold the expertise. My responsibility is that it reaches further than the room they happen to be sitting in.

Personal Pursuits

Outside the office, I spend time with my family, look for new hiking trails across New England, and unwind with a good book. As an animal lover, I also cherish spending time with our pets, who are an important part of our family.
